Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Customer Support Specialist to join our Specialist Customer Support Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers.
Our customers often face challenging situations, and it's essential that you can approach each interaction with empathy and understanding. You will work closely with our customers to understand their individual circumstances and agree on a suitable solution that meets their needs.
This is a rewarding role that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for having effective and impactful conversations with our customers, understanding industry regulation, and signposting customers to additional support resources.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers
- Understand and address customer concerns and issues
- Work closely with customers to find suitable solutions
- Signpost customers to additional support resources
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulation and Capital One policies
We are looking for a customer-focused individual with strong communication and problem-solving skills. You should be able to approach each interaction with empathy and understanding, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
