Customer Service and Support Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service and Support Specialist to join our team at MKJ Ignite. This role involves providing top-notch support to customers in the UK, Germany, and across Europe for Hunter & Gather's health-boosting products.
The successful candidate will be fluent in German and English, both spoken and written, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the FMCG sector, is highly desirable.
In this role, you will engage with customers to provide product recommendations, resolve issues, and promote our brand values. You will also collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective customer engagement strategies.
A self-starter with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, you will be comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Your ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new challenges will be essential to your success.
