Job Overview

North East London NHS is seeking an experienced Supervising Clinician in MHST to lead our team. This role involves managing the caseload of Education Mental Health Practitioners (EMHPs) and providing supervision to ensure they meet the needs of schools, parents, and Children and Young People (CYP).

The salary for this position is £60,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to support other senior colleagues in developing Mental Health Support Teams (MHSTs) and facilitate wider service transformation within the local child mental health system.

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve mental health outcomes for children and young people.
  • Manage and coordinate the work of EMHPs to ensure effective delivery of services.
  • Collaborate with schools and other stakeholders to provide evidence-based psychological treatments.
