Inventory Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stores Person to join our team at Aston Martin Formula 1 Team. As a Stores Person, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth of our team by ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of goods and materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Goods receipting from external suppliers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
- Progressing parts to the relevant inspection department, maintaining a smooth supply chain.
- Receipting and reporting shop order parts from the Machine Shop, ensuring timely delivery.
- Collaborating with the Laminating and Trim Departments to coordinate delivery schedules.
- Collecting completed parts from the Inspection Department, executing stock transactions, and labeling for central stores.
- Picking parts for Shop Orders and delivering to relevant departments, maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Preparing kits and parts for collection by suppliers, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Providing front counter service to internal departments, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly.
- Running daily stock check reports, identifying discrepancies, and taking corrective action.
- Issuing, checking, and requisitioning consumables, maintaining optimal stock levels.
- Participating in meetings and workshops as required, contributing to team discussions and decision-making.
- Maintaining and developing skills to industry standard, staying up-to-date with company policies and procedures.
