In this exciting role, you will assist the Logistics Manager with the planning, coordination, and delivery of all build and derig requirements for temporary infrastructure across the calendar of events. You will oversee the build and derig stages of 'live' events, receiving and siting temporary infrastructure, distributing furniture, and overseeing land hire dates. • Documenting external site asset inventory and reporting equipment failure or damage

Key Requirements:
This role requires experience working within the events industry, preferably on major public events. You must possess project management skills, CAD overlay knowledge, and the ability to build and maintain collaborative professional relationships. A polite and empathetic manner, with an eye for detail and pride in your work, is essential. You should be able to work well under pressure, think proactively, and have a can-do attitude. A flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and evenings, is also required. Our ideal candidate will hold a full clean UK driving license and have certification in forklift operation and/or telehandler use.
