Strategic Partnerships Coordinator for Creative Events

Immerse yourself in the vibrant world of creative communications with Handle Recruitment, a pioneer in event management. As our Strategic Partnerships Coordinator for Creative Events, you will play a pivotal role in fostering relationships with advertising, PR, and media agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between agencies and our team, ensuring seamless communication and efficient entry processes.
- Cultivate customer-centric approaches using telemarketing skills to engage existing and new customers from the creative sector.
- Facilitate entries by guiding customers through our awards structure, rules, and entry process.
- Develop expertise on our entry system, website, and downloadable documents to address general and specific customer inquiries.
- Maintain open communication with customers regarding new initiatives within the Awards and encourage entrants to begin the entry process as deadlines approach.
- Regularly collaborate with your team and manager to report progress and provide valuable feedback.
- Support the Awards team in tasks related to withdrawals and entry changes, including client relations.
- Potential on-site customer service for Award-winning delegates and attendees at our ceremonies.
- Potential on-site logistics and events work for Awards-related tasks.
To excel in this role, you will require:
- Fluency in Japanese to a business level.
- Experience in customer engagement, telemarketing, market research, or retail.
- A genuine passion for marketing, advertising, media, or events.
- Availability to start a temporary position in January and commit to full-time hours, with potential international travel in June.
We offer a competitive salary, estimated at £25,000-£35,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
