Strategic Event Coordinator

We're currently seeking a skilled Strategic Event Coordinator to join our team. This is a 12-month contract to perm role, offering a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description:The Strategic Event Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the Event Practice to plan, coordinate, and execute a wide range of events. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of all aspects of the event, from conceptualizing event themes to coordinating logistics and managing vendors.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in gathering information and data needed for proposals and pitches
- Organize proposal materials and supporting documents
- Support administrative tasks related to event planning, such as scheduling and data entry
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue arrangements and vendor communication
- Manage event budgets, track expenses, and maintain accurate records
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in event coordination or management, preferably within an agency
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- A keen eye for detail and creative problem-solving skills
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Suite
