About the Role

We are seeking an experienced trust administrator to join our private client team in Aberdeen. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, managing a portfolio of trusts and liaising with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Liaising with external stakeholders, including beneficiaries, accountants, and regulatory bodies.
  • Collaborating with legal colleagues on relevant matters.
  • Maintaining accurate records of trustee and beneficiary information.
  • Coordinating trust investments and managing a central diary.
  • Drafting and finalising trust documents.
  • Providing support at trustee meetings.
  • Preparing annual reports and arranging beneficiary payments.
Salary and Benefits

This post comes with a competitive salary of £42,000 - £52,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also benefit from a comprehensive package, including excellent holiday entitlement, bonuses, and opportunities for professional development and growth within the firm.
