About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Relationship Director to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to a specified customer segment in our major connections business.

You will work closely with senior managers and your team to deliver the customer services strategy across the networks business, ensuring outstanding performance against customer satisfaction targets.

As a Business Relationship Director, you will have full responsibility for the relationship between SSE and the customer segment assigned, which could include ICPs, IDNOs, local councils, industry bodies, and connection customers or large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to a specified customer segment
  • Work closely with senior managers and your team to deliver the customer services strategy
  • Ensure outstanding performance against customer satisfaction targets
  • Manage the relationship between SSE and the customer segment assigned
  • Identify opportunities for revenue growth and service improvements
