About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Relationship Director to join our team at SSE. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our customers across the major connections business.

You will work closely with senior managers and your team to deliver the customer services strategy across the networks business, ensuring outstanding performance against customer satisfaction targets.

As a Business Relationship Director, you will have full responsibility for the relationship between SSE and the customer segment assigned, which could include ICPs, IDNOs, local councils, industry bodies, and connection customers or large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to our customers across the major connections business
  • Work closely with senior managers and your team to deliver the customer services strategy across the networks business
  • Ensure outstanding performance against customer satisfaction targets
  • Manage the relationship between SSE and the customer segment assigned
  • Report back to the business on risks/issues/concerns/successes arising with the portfolio
