Job Title: Chargé(e) de gestion rh et planning H/F

Job Summary:

The HR Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. They will lead a team of HR professionals and work closely with the Exec team and senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Provide professional leadership, support, and development to the HR team, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to deliver best-in-class HR services.
  • Collaborate with the Exec team and senior management to provide expert advice on HR-related matters, including recruitment, learning and development, employment law, HR policy, and employee engagement.
  • Oversee the development of effective employment policies, ensuring they are aligned with the company's values and goals.
  • Lead the recruitment and selection process, focusing on attracting top talent that aligns with the company's needs.
  • Ensure the ongoing review and improvement of the company's occupational health, employee programs, employee benefits, and packages.
  • Develop and implement employee development programs, including the company's Step Up talent development program and the annual training program.
  • Oversee and lead the annual performance appraisal system, ensuring it drives high performance and identifies development needs.
  • Support the Exec team in succession planning, ensuring the company has a strong pipeline of talent.
  • Analyze and review HR metrics to identify trends, inform decisions, and drive positive change.
  • Monitor and implement the plan for diversity, equality, and inclusion, ensuring it aligns with the company's values and business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by working with the HR Manager to address complex grievances, disciplinary matters, or other issues.
  • Ensure the efficient management of the annual HR budget.

Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of HR strategy, commercial insight, recruitment, engagement, cultural change, pay, reward, and recognition, welfare, learning and development, HR systems, and budgets.
  • Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice.
  • Experience in embedding HR practices that drive people and performance excellence.
  • Proven experience in leading departments and teams.
  • The ability to analyze and review HR data to identify trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management, psychology, or a business-related subject preferred.
  • Minimum Level 5 CIPD qualified or equivalent.
