Job Title: Human Resources Manager

At SPEC Engineering Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the HR function and providing strategic guidance to the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to the HR team, ensuring the effective implementation of HR strategies and policies.
  • Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, including employee engagement, conflict resolution, and performance management.
  • HR Operations: Oversee HR operations, including recruitment, talent management, and employee onboarding.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, including data protection, equality, and health and safety.
  • HR Systems: Manage HR systems, including HRIS, payroll, and benefits administration.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 7 years of experience in Human Resources Management.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of employment law, proficiency in computer applications, and ability to respond to changing priorities.
