Support Service Manager

The Recruitment Crowd (Yorkshire) Limited is seeking an experienced Supported Living Manager to join their team. This role will involve managing 1 supported living service and 1 single person service, providing support to adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled manager to take on a new challenge and make a real difference in the lives of individuals with complex needs. As a Supported Living Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the highest level of care standards are upheld, while also maintaining compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure that all statutory and legal obligations are fulfilled across the business structure to the highest standard.
• Provide support for adults with learning disabilities, autism, sensory impairment, and behaviours which may challenge.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant legislation and regulatory guidance.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience as a registered manager, preferably in supported living services. You will be required to register as the domiciliary care registered manager with the CQC and will have oversight of the domiciliary regulated activity across the organisations supported living services. A full UK driving licence is also essential.
What We Offer:
