Job Description: Experienced Care Manager

The Recruitment Crowd (Yorkshire) Limited is seeking an experienced Care Manager to join their team as a Supported Living Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing 1 supported living service and 1 single person service, providing support to adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs.

As a Supported Living Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the highest level of care standards are upheld, while also maintaining compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory guidance. This includes ensuring that all statutory and legal obligations are fulfilled across the business structure to the highest standard, providing support for adults with learning disabilities, autism, sensory impairment, and behaviours which may challenge, and maintaining compliance with all relevant legislation and regulatory guidance.

Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years experience as a registered manager, preferably in supported living services, NVQ Level 5 or Diploma in Health and Social Care Management or working towards, excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of care professionals, and a full UK driving licence.
