**Who are we**:
**White Leaf Support** are a specialist health and social care provider supporting individuals with a learning disability, autism, or mental health diagnoses, working with a person-centred approach, supporting people to live as independently as possible and to access the community around them.
We are currently recruiting for **Full Time, Part Time**, and **Bank Support Workers** to join our successful services which includes Residential Care Homes and Supported Living Services in High Wycombe.
**Shifts are Monday to Sunday for a 24/7 services.**
**What we are looking for from you**:
- A passion to provide support and assistance with daily living to people with autism, mental health diagnoses and learning disabilities;
- Clear communication skills (verbally & written);
- Able to carry out personal care tasks in some services (female & male residents);
- Good hygiene and infection control skills;
- Level 2 in Health and Social Care (desirable).

- Competitive Salary - £10.75 per hour (Rising to £11.13 per hour after successful probation*)

** Pay scale -**
Grade 1 - £10.75 to (£11.13 after probation)
Grade 2 - £11.13 to (£ 11.50 after probation) with Adult Care Worker Level 2 Qualification
Grade 3 - £11.50 to (£11.95 after probation) with Adult Care Worker Level 3 Qualification
