Genpact is a global professional services and solutions firm that delivers outcomes that shape the future. We are currently seeking a Strategic Large Deals Origination Lead to join our team.



This senior leadership role will ensure Genpact experiences growth in priority and hunting accounts. You will be partnering with client partners and sales leaders to originate large / strategic deals. This position will be aligned across Genpact's verticals.



Responsibilities

  • Act as the large deal champion for the chosen business unit. Establish a clear strategy for large deal origination across current and target accounts.
  • Consistently originate large deals ($50M+ TCV) by positioning Genpact's offerings.
  • Maintaining a consistent pipeline of opportunities to meet the unit target for large deals.
  • Serving as the large deal advisor to Genpact's internal team and help position our value proposition successfully.
  • Effectively construct and tell a compelling and clear story around the value proposition both orally and in presentations.
  • Serving as a trusted advisor to the Genpact's largest clients across verticals and capable of providing guidance and thought leadership on current business issues facing C-level executives.
  • Working with advisory and PE firms to cultivate channel / advisory relationships and originate large deals.
  • Leveraging existing executive level relationships to enhance Genpact's brand.
  • Developing and communicating a strategic sales plan and strategy to achieve assigned goals.


Qualifications we seek in you

  • Significant experience in selling large multi-line deals across various industries.
  • Track record of originating $50M+ in total contract value.
  • Consulting / advisor background preferred.
  • Experienced in collaborating closely and effectively with delivery, operations, and practice teams in business development, relationship management, and competency building scenarios.
  • Global experience/mindset.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Ability to influence C-level clients.
