About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Administrator to join our Fuel Division at Carr's Billington Agriculture. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide an efficient and high standard of customer service to all telesales customers, both inbound and outbound, maximising sales opportunities and resolving customer complaints during first call.
  • Proactively make outbound calls to past, present, and potential customers, aiming to convert all calls to sales.
  • Support day-to-day administrative duties, including taking orders, dealing with queries, and providing quotations, as well as following up to generate sales.
  • Analyse data and work proactively towards achieving set targets, generating sales for the business.
  • Collaborate with drivers regarding fuel deliveries to ensure that our customers receive an optimum service, and we generate repeat and new custom.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to resolve customer queries and support applications for credit for our customers.
Requirements
  • Previous experience of excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Previous experience of building great customer relationships and the ability to take calls from prospecting to close.
  • A strong understanding of the sales process and the ability to understand the products and services on sale.
