Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team at our UK office in Carlisle city centre. As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for processing customer orders and managing stock levels via our bespoke computer system.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing customer orders via computer
  • Monitoring and updating stock levels
  • Producing stock forecasts based on order history and sales promotions
  • Receiving orders from customers (usually electronically)
  • Sending orders to overseas head office and factories
  • Sending delivery information to distributors
  • Liaising with transport companies
  • Raising supplier invoices (computer generated)
  • Chasing orders and deliveries when required
  • Performing ad-hoc administrative and clerical duties

You will be working within a small, friendly, and relaxed team of people who work closely with and support each other. We offer a range of benefits, including a starting salary of £23,920 per year, 25 days holiday per year plus bank holidays, a pension scheme, free car parking, and family-friendly policies.
