Sales Advisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Advisor to provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our external sales team and customers, while delivering a quality service in the administration and servicing of internal and external customers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide a high level of customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work closely with the external sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, maximizing sales and revenue growth.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently, using our IT systems to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Liaise with our warehouse team to track and manage orders, ensuring timely delivery and excellent customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, visitors, customers, and managers, promoting a positive and professional work environment.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- High level of customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Competent use of Microsoft packages, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
