We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction, and we're seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Administrator to join our team.
The RoleAs a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our customers, and driving sales growth through proactive telesales and administrative duties.
You will work closely with our drivers to ensure seamless fuel deliveries, collaborate with the finance team to resolve customer queries, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
We're looking for someone with excellent communication and customer service skills, a strong understanding of the sales process, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers
- Drive sales growth through proactive telesales and administrative duties
- Work closely with drivers to ensure seamless fuel deliveries
- Collaborate with the finance team to resolve customer queries
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Previous experience in sales and customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of the sales process
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
