Senior Practitioner Learning Disabilities Service Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Practitioner to join our team at Sirona Medical Ltd. This role involves managing a small caseload of complex cases and supervising two Social Worker practitioners. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in designing, implementing, and monitoring care plans.
As a Senior Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care while navigating a whole systems approach to care planning. Your focus will be on crisis situations, working within a legally complex framework, and managing a caseload of up to 3 complex cases.
The successful applicant will have a DipSW, CQSW, CSS or equivalent qualification, with experience in supervision and case consultation. You will also have the ability to lead, motivate staff, and drive performance within a Team Management environment.
Sirona Medical Ltd offers a great pay rate of £45-55 per hour, depending on your speciality. We also provide a variation of locations, dedicated recruitment support, fast track registration, and a 24-hour support service.
