About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Learning Disability Specialist Nurse, working in the West Community Learning Disability Team. You will be based at Park View Resource Centre in King's Lynn and will have the chance to develop your skills in providing health assessment and therapeutic intervention for adults with learning disabilities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for working within a multi-disciplinary team to identify the health needs of people with a learning disability and holding an autonomous caseload using specialist clinical skills and knowledge.
We are looking for a dynamic and hard-working nurse who is committed to providing person-centred care and has experience of working with adults who have a learning disability. The role will involve flexible working options, including rotation, and will require you to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.
Estimated salary: £34,893 - £44,141 per annum.
