We are seeking an experienced Registered (Adult) Nurse / RGN or Paramedic to join our team as a Custody Nurse/Paramedic Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support in police custody suites across various locations.

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum

Your key responsibilities will include assessing detainees' physical and mental health needs, administering medications, and working closely with local Liaison and Diversion teams to address underlying issues.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in forensic healthcare, working alongside police officers and other professionals to deliver a seamless service.

  • 2 years post-qualification experience as a Registered (Adult) Nurse/RGN or Paramedic
  • Experience working in a patient-facing role within a relevant field, such as General Practice, A&E, Emergency Medicine, or Prison Healthcare
  • HCPC/NMC registration and a valid driving licence
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
