An exciting opportunity in forensic nursing
We are seeking an experienced Registered (Adult) Nurse / RGN or Paramedic to join our team as a Custody Nurse/Paramedic Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and support in police custody suites, working closely with police officers and other professionals to gather evidence and provide medical assistance.
Salary: £42,000 - £52,000 per annum
Your key responsibilities will include assessing detainees' physical and mental health needs, administering medications, and developing and implementing care plans.
As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in forensic nursing, working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- 2 years post-qualification experience as a Registered (Adult) Nurse/RGN or Paramedic
- Experience working in a patient-facing role within a relevant field, such as General Practice, A&E, Emergency Medicine, or Prison Healthcare
- HCPC/NMC registration and a valid driving licence
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
