About the Role
We're First Central Insurance & Technology Group (First Central for short), an innovative, market-leading insurance company. We're looking for a skilled Employee Engagement Leader to drive effective communication within our business. As a trusted subject matter expert, you'll be responsible for supporting our Internal Communications and Engagement Manager, strategically partnering with business pillars to deliver internal communications, wider engagement and culture plans.

The successful candidate will have a good understanding of Adobe Creative Suite and working knowledge of SharePoint. Extensive experience in an internal communication role with a proven track record of business partnering is essential. Knowledge of the Financial Services Industry is desirable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take charge of the day-to-day ownership of our internal communications function.
  • Support the creation and ongoing implementation of the overall communication and engagement strategies.
  • Manage relationships with local community partners across all our business locations.

Requirements
  • Excellent creative written and spoken skills.
  • First-class drafting, proof-reading and editing skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Creative thinker and problem solver.
