Job Summary:
As a key member of the Amazon team, you will be responsible for fostering positive employee relations and labour relations in the UK and Ireland. Your significant experience in employee relations/labour relations, combined with your deep subject matter knowledge and strong emotional intelligence, will enable you to develop strategies to enhance employee engagement and foster positive relations with third-party partners.

This role involves partnering with business leaders and HR teams to create and sustain positive LR/ER programs and best practices. You will work directly with Amazon employees at all levels to identify, address and resolve concerns through mechanisms like listening sessions, focus groups, conflict resolution, and one-on-one coaching. Additionally, you will design and deliver positive employee relations trainings and communications, conduct, analyze, and action plan from multiple levels of employee feedback and other data to drive and sustain positive employee relations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in employee relations, labor relations, labor/employment law, and a successful record of creating, improving and executing programs at scale. Excellent judgment and decision-making skills, proven track record in crisis management and cross-functional collaboration, strong communication, influencing and networking skills, and experience analyzing and using metrics to identify vulnerabilities and drive improvements in the employee experience are essential.

The estimated annual salary for this position is £80,000 - £110,000 depending on experience.
