We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Insurance Manager to lead our commercial insurance business in London, driving growth and revenue through effective strategy and execution.

Job Summary

This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership skills, commercial acumen, and expertise in insurance underwriting principles. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive commercial growth strategy, managing third-party relationships, and ensuring the procurement of high-quality commercial insurance services.

The successful candidate will have significant experience in commercial insurance products, including Property, Motor, and EL, as well as experience in risk modelling, data analysis, and financial management.

You will be a key stakeholder in leading cross-functional teams, influencing business change, and driving innovation. A strong understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity is essential.
