We are looking for an Adult Care Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in the field of caring, possess a Level 2 Health and Social Care or higher qualification, and be willing to participate in an on-call rota.

">Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate care services to ensure seamless delivery and effective communication between carers and clients.
  2. Carry out regular spot checks to maintain quality standards.
  3. Maintain accurate records and files related to client care and carer performance.
">Requirements:
  1. Relevant experience in the field of caring.
  2. Level 2 Health and Social Care or higher qualification.
  3. Willingness to participate in an on-call rota.
  4. Living in surrounding areas.
">Estimated Salary:

£28,000 - £38,000 per annum.
