Your Role as a Home Care Support Worker
As a Home Care Support Worker, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal care duties such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administering medication as prescribed by our customers' healthcare professionals
- Assisting with manual handling and using equipment where required
- Promoting our customers' health and well-being through active listening, empathy, and understanding
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:
- A valid UK driving license
- Access to a reliable vehicle for transporting customers
- The right to work in the UK
- An excellent level of English language proficiency
