Care Assistant

We are seeking a Care Assistant to join our team in Chadwell Heath, providing support to our customers in their homes and local communities.
As a Care Assistant, you will play a key role in helping our customers regain their independence and continue living safely in their own homes. You will work closely with our customers and their families to understand their needs and develop personalized care plans.
You will be responsible for providing a range of care services, including personal care, mobility support, and domestic support. You will also be required to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure our customers receive the best possible care.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of £13.15 and a range of benefits, including paid mileage, uniform, and annual leave. We also offer ongoing training and development opportunities to support your career growth.

- £13.15 per hour
- Double pay on bank holidays at £26.30 per hour
