About the Job:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Barking Hall in Needham Market. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support with personal hygiene and general care needs
  • Assist with daily living activities and social wellbeing
  • Work collaboratively as part of our care team to deliver excellent care

Requirements:

You will have a kind and caring nature, with a commitment to delivering exceptional care. Previous experience in a care setting is desirable but not essential, as we offer comprehensive training and development opportunities.
