Nurse in Charge of Paediatric Care

We are seeking an experienced Paediatric Nurse to lead our care team and provide exceptional care to children and their families. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of children and ensuring seamless delivery of care.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Paediatric Nurse to join our team as a leader. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive care plans tailored to each child's needs. Your primary goal will be to provide personalized care and support to each child and their family.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive care plan tailored to each child's needs
- Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team to achieve outstanding patient outcomes
- Manage and deliver a range of nursing interventions, including medicine management
- Maintain open lines of communication with clients' families to ensure their needs are met
- RSCN with at least 6 months of UK experience and a valid NMC PIN
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others
- Proven experience of tracheostomy care and ventilator use within the last 2 years
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Up to £50,000 per annum depending on experience
- Flexible working arrangements, including 2 days/week from home and 3 days/week in the community
