Care Manager for Children

We are recruiting for a skilled Paediatric Nurse to work as a leader in our team, providing high-quality care to children and their families. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and management skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Paediatric Nurse to join our team as a leader. You will be responsible for managing a caseload of children, working closely with a core team of carers to ensure seamless delivery of care. Your primary goal will be to provide personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each child.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive care plan tailored to each child's needs
- Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team to achieve outstanding patient outcomes
- Maintain open lines of communication with clients' families to ensure their needs are met
- Manage and deliver a range of nursing interventions, including medicine management
- RSCN with at least 6 months of UK experience and a valid NMC PIN
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others
- Proven experience of tracheostomy care and ventilator use within the last 2 years
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Suitable for Band 5/Band 6 nurses with evidence of effective leadership and management of HCAs
- Salary up to £50,000 per annum depending on experience
- Flexible working arrangements, including 2 days/week from home and 3 days/week in the community
