About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in reablement, supporting customers to regain their independence and live safely in their own homes.

This is a rewarding career opportunity for individuals who share our values and passion to make a positive difference in people's lives. As a Care Assistant, you will play a key role in helping clients to relearn skills, such as personal care, mobility, and preparing meals.

No previous experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success in this role. You will be assigned a mentor who will work alongside you until you are confident in the position.

As a Care Assistant in the community, it is essential to have access to a car and a full driving license with business insurance. We offer a competitive salary of £13.15 per hour, plus tax-free mileage allowance of 45p per mile.

Our teams provide vital care and support, and to reflect this, you will receive:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £13.15
