Fundamental to the success of our Adolescent team is the appointment of a highly skilled Social Care Professional. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support services to vulnerable children and young people in Barking and Dagenham.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of child protection principles and practices, as well as excellent assessment and intervention skills.

You will be working closely with children and young people who have been victims of or are at risk from exploitative situations, undertaking assessments and offering targeted interventions in collaboration with partners.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a passion for working with complex and often resistant adolescents, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The salary for this position is £48,000 - £58,000 per annum, depending on experience.
