Social Work Team Member

Austin Fraser is seeking an experienced Social Work Team Member to join their team in London.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Social Work or a related field and be registered with Social Work England. Experience in social work, preferably in child protection and care, is also essential.
Job Overview:
The Social Work Team Member will work within a team of professionals to provide social work services to children and their families, focusing on safeguarding and promoting their welfare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate case records using ICT and ICS, reporting on key performance management data.
- Assess, advise, and support Children and Families in need, addressing unmet need and preventing statutory intervention.
- Work within London Child Protection Procedures to undertake key work responsibilities for children at risk.
Requirements:
- Degree in Social Work or related field.
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Experience in social work, preferably in child protection and care.
Estimated Salary: £38,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
