Critical Role in Child Services:
Our Assessment Team plays a critical role in supporting vulnerable children and young people, and we are seeking an experienced Team Manager to join our team. As a leader in this field, you will be responsible for driving excellent practice, making a positive difference to children's lives, and contributing to the ongoing transformation of our services.

Salary:£55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:
This is a full-time permanent position with flexible working arrangements. You will be responsible for leading a team of social workers, developing and implementing new initiatives, and working closely with colleagues across the organization to deliver evidence-based interventions and support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Team Manager who can demonstrate a strong understanding of relationship-based practice principles. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a proven track record of driving change and improvement within a team.
