About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Child Welfare Specialist to join our MASH team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with children and families to safeguard and promote their welfare, as well as contributing to the development and improvement of our team's practice.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience of working with children and their families, as well as holding a recognised Social Work qualification and a current Social Work England Registration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to provide timely and effective responses to children and families in need of safeguarding support
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with families to ensure they receive the help and support they need
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve the quality of our service
