Job Title: Manufacturing Systems Engineer

Location: Witney

Salary: £45,000pa - £55,000pa, plus a bonus worth circa £4k

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Systems Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects with values ranging from £100k to £1m, driving continuous improvement, and designing and implementing new factory machinery and processes.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage multiple projects with values ranging from £100k to £1m.
  2. Drive continuous improvement and machinery projects.

Requirements

  • Engineering qualified (HNC/HND or Degree).
  • Minimum 2 years in a production engineering role.
  • Experience in high-volume manufacturing with complex products.
  • Proven track record of working with internal teams to meet production and quality targets.
  • People management skills, with coaching and support abilities.
  • CAD design experience.
  • Manufacturing automation knowledge.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
