About the Role

We are seeking an experienced CAPEX Implementation Lead to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of new equipment and processes.

  • Oversee installation, commissioning, and validation of new equipment, ensuring alignment with operational goals, safety standards, and production timelines.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, including design, operations, and quality teams, to ensure alignment on equipment requirements and project goals.
  • Manage supplier relationships for equipment specifications, technical requirements, and delivery timelines, ensuring adherence to quality and budgetary constraints.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Engineering, Science, Manufacturing, or a related field, or extensive equivalent experience.
  • Background in roles such as Senior Manufacturing Engineer, Launch Engineer, Project Engineer, Process Engineer, Advanced Manufacturing Engineer, or similar.
