Dementia Care Lead Specialist

Purosearch Ltd is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Lead / Deputy Manager to join the management team at our esteemed nursing home in Witney, Oxfordshire. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will oversee all nursing care within the home, working closely with the Home Manager to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Salary: Circa £53,000 per annum
Job Description:
As a Clinical Lead / Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of high-quality nursing care, ensuring that patients receive individualized support and treatment plans are implemented effectively. You will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with the Home Manager to develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and CQC standards.
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff on best practice and evidence-based care.
- Participate in the recruitment and selection process for nursing staff, ensuring a talented and motivated team.
