We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Care Support Specialist to join our team at a Learning Disability Day Centre in Witney.

The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting individuals with learning disabilities in day-to-day activities, facilitating social interaction and skill development, and providing personal care when required.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting individuals with learning disabilities in day-to-day activities
  • Facilitating and participating in group and individual activities to promote social interaction and skill development
  • Assisting with meal preparation and supporting during meal times
  • Providing personal care as needed, ensuring dignity and respect at all times

Requirements:

  • Experience in working with individuals with learning disabilities
  • Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic attitude
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about making a difference and helping individuals lead fulfilling lives. Estimated salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
