As a Home Care Specialist, you will work closely with clients to provide personalized support and care, helping them with daily living tasks, meal preparation, and engaging in activities that promote social interaction and community involvement.

Key Responsibilities:- Providing personalized support and care to clients
- Assisting with daily living tasks, including personal care and meal preparation
- Planning and participating in activities that promote social interaction and community involvement
- A competitive salary of £26,000 - £27,000 FTE (pro-rata for part-time)
