We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Specialist to join our team at a Learning Disability Day Centre in Witney. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting individuals with learning disabilities in day-to-day activities, facilitating group and individual activities, and providing personal care when needed.

Responsibilities:
  • Supporting individuals with learning disabilities in daily living tasks
  • Facilitating social interaction and skill development through group and individual activities
  • Providing personal care with dignity and respect
  • Maintaining accurate records and adhering to care plans

The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with learning disabilities, possess a patient and enthusiastic attitude, and be able to work as part of a team. A willingness to undergo training is also essential. We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
