About the Opportunity

BUPA Dental is seeking an experienced Dental Activity Program Lead to develop and implement stimulating programs that promote social connections and a sense of community among residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver engaging activities and events that cater to diverse interests and abilities
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and coordinate program activities
  • Maintain accurate records of program participation and outcomes
  • Contribute to the development of new program ideas and initiatives
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as gerontology or recreation therapy
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing community programs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
