Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Wellbeing Activities Professional to join our team at one of our care homes in the UK. As a Wellbeing Activities Professional, you will be responsible for developing and implementing activities programmes that promote the physical, emotional, and social wellbeing of our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver engaging activities that cater to different interests and abilities.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to identify resident needs and preferences.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of activities programmes.

Person Specification

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about promoting the wellbeing of older adults. You will have a strong understanding of the importance of person-centred care and be able to communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.

Salary

£28,000 - £33,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
