We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as an Activities Coordinator at one of our care homes in Hailey, near Witney. As an Activities Coordinator, you will play a vital role in creating a stimulating environment that enables us to deliver exceptional all-round care and support for our residents.

About the Role:

  • Create imaginative, fun and motivational activities that cater to every interest and ability.
  • Get to know our residents and their families to develop tailored activity programmes that maximise wellbeing, independence and social engagement.

About You:

  • You will need to be warm, empathetic and personable to excel in this role.
  • Excellent organisational skills and a driven mindset are essential.
  • Your infectious enthusiasm and creative approach will inspire our residents and staff to participate in activities within the home and local community.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including free training and development opportunities, access to wellbeing and support tools, and a rewards package including retail discounts, referrals and long service awards.
