We are seeking an experienced and skilled Home Operations Manager to lead our dedicated staff team in providing outstanding, truly personalised care to our residents.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for all operational and financial aspects of the home, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and standards through continual monitoring and practical support.

The successful applicant will have strong leadership skills, inspiring a high-performing team to deliver exceptional results. They will also have excellent communication skills, being able to build effective relationships with staff, residents, and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • To oversee the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • To manage and maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure budgetary control.
  • To monitor and report on quality assurance and customer satisfaction.

A salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum is available for this position, dependent on experience. The role offers opportunities for professional growth and development within a supportive and dynamic team environment.
