Job Description
  • This exciting new role will play a pivotal part in developing an integrated approach to outcome monitoring, ensuring our services have a lasting impact on individuals and communities.
  • Working closely with individual co-farmers, you will identify opportunities for skills development, volunteering, work experience, and paid employment within and outside our service.

We are seeking an exceptional professional to join our team, bringing expertise in program management, community engagement, and outcomes-based evaluation. You will be instrumental in shaping our comprehensive approach to supporting adults with learning disabilities and driving meaningful change.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement an innovative outcomes monitoring framework to assess the effectiveness of our programs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver tailored support pathways for individual co-farmers.
  • Analyze data and insights to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to building strong relationships with community partners, local farms, and gardens to expand our reach and impact.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in program management, community engagement, or social care, preferably with a focus on learning disabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and outcomes-based evaluation.
