Senior Horticultural Programmes Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Horticultural Programmes Manager to lead our impact monitoring efforts. This role will be pivotal in developing a comprehensive approach to outcome measurement for our organisation, enabling us to assess how we work, what difference it makes, and identify areas for improvement.
As a key member of the FarmAbility team, you will work closely with individual co-farmers to explore opportunities for pathways into skills development, volunteering, work experience, and paid employment. You will also have a hands-on delivery element, working on a tailored basis to support co-farmers in achieving their goals.
This is a multi-faceted role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions. If you have a passion for horticulture, education, and supporting adults with learning disabilities, we encourage you to apply.
